Vietnamese pork chop

Pork Chop recipe from Cuong Nguyen (Facebook)

Ingredients:
lemongrass (can sub with kaffir lime leaves)
1 shallot
5 cloves garlic
fish sauce - 3 tablespoons
oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
honey - 1/4 cup
sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
black pepper
canola oil - few tablespoons

Put above ingredients in the blender and blend well. Pour this on pork chops and marinate for at lease 30 minutes to 3 hours.
