Dressing:
½ c. oil (olive oil or vegetable oil, I used olive oil)
½ c. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbs. soy sauce
½ c. sugar
Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
Salad:
1 head of cabbage
2 pkgs. Chicken flavor Ramen (brown ramen w/ seasoning and almonds in butter)
½ c. slivered almonds
½ c. green onions
2 chicken breasts (marinated – I use Schillings Mesquite marinade – bake, cool, then cut up in cubes)
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
