Crispy egg noodle with seafood

Recipe is from Jennifer Le - Vietnamese Cooking Group




***Mì Xào Giòn Đ Bin***

My simple version

*Sauce - oyster sauce + soy sauce + garlic powder + black pepper + sugar + sesame oil

*Cornstarch + cold water

*Deep fry noodles: make sure the oil is bubbling when adding noodles (pictures of noodle package in the comment)

*Pan-seared seafood: season w/salt + pepper

*Vegetables: in a wok + oil, when oil gets hot, + bok choy + yu choy (any vegetables you like such as: red bell pepper + mushroom + baby corn) then sauté for a few minutes + mixed sauce + water (enough to make sauce to put on noodles), then + cornstarch mixed to thicken the sauce, cook for a few minutes.
