Nancy's Zha Jiang noodle 炸醬麵

This recipe is from East Bay Chinese School cooking class.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup noodles
4 oz ground pork
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

Sauce:
1/2 tablespoon bean sauce
1/2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon corn starch

Boil water for the noodles.

Heat up pan. Add the chopped onion medium-high heat until softened and beginning to brown, stir occasionally 5 minutes. Add the ground pork and garlic, continue to stir for 1 minute. 

Mix the sauce ingredients together and add to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pork is cooked.

This pork sauce can be served over noodles / spaghetti.
