Jelly glazed meatballs




Whenever I have an occasion to cook for people I always stress myself out by wanting to make everything from scratch. Even if I'm busy and know I don't have much time.  I have to remind myself it's ok if it's not always from scratch. These are 20 minute pepper jelly glazed meatballs. 2 pounds of frozen mini meatballs, 12oz bottle of beer, 18oz bottle of bbq sauce, 1 cup hot pepper jelly, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tbs cornstarch. Brought these to a potluck and they were a hit.
