Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce for Chicken Piccata

 Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce

In fry pan:

1)

1/2 Cup white wine

Shallots (optional)

1 tablespoon garlic minced

2 lemons juiced

Cook on high 3 minutes

2)

Splash of Worcestershire

Splash of Tabasco

Salt and pepper

Medium high 3 min

3)

1/4 to 1/2 cup heavy cream

1 minute low

4)

1 stick butter in pieces

Until melting

Remove from heat!!!
