Add oil, put in the herbs, then 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 lime juice ...stir for couple min then add hot links stir a bit and add coconut milk -stir and cover and let it cook for 10min ...if liquid is thick add half cup of hot water ...stir and then add in raw shrimp and cook for about 5-6min (until the shrimp turn orange color)...then all done . Easy easy.
Ginger, garlic, cilantro, red chilli pepper (about 3), 1 lime skin( zest )then juice that lime, sugar, soy sauce, coconut milk...you can put in claims and potatoes too if you want
