For noodle :
Bring water to boil then add that bag of noodle in & boil them for a bout 2 mins. Drain out water & rinse with cold water. Set them on aside & let them air dry before fry them up.
Add oil in a pot & let the oil get hot first then add in noodle. Flip it over & remove it out when it turn light gold. Don’t add everything in at once of course. I think I fry them about 5x for this bag.
Prepare veggie & seafood :
- shrimps peel & devein them
- quail eggs boil then peel them
- cuttlefish rub it with salt then rinse with water then cut into bite size
- pork heart remove all the white part (I don’t know what’s call ) then rub with salt & then cut into thin sauce & let drain out all blood.
- mushrooms cut into bite a size
- carrot cut thin slice
- cauliflower cut into bite size u want . I add boiled water enough to cover the cauliflower (optional)
- scallions
- garlic
To do the sauce :
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp of sugar
- 1.5 soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or 1.5 tbsp I forgot )
- at least 5 tbsp of water.
Add all ingredients in a bowl & mix them evenly & adjust to ur taste.
- add oil in a pan , wait about a min or so then add on garlic. Wait until garlic turn golden then add in shrimps & cuttlefish. Sauté them for about 2-3 mins then add in pork heart . About 2 mins add in imitation crab. Sauté for about 2-3 mins more then remove everything out set on aside.
- add more oil & garlic in a pan again. Then add in mushroom & cauliflower & carrot. Sauté for 3-4 mins then add in pinch of salt. U may need to add more oil (or water) . when u see vegetables almost cook then add in quail egg & scallions & all the meats back. Add in more water (if u have chicken broth then use) sorry I don’t have exactly amount of water but I think at least 1/2 cup or more. Better to have extra sauce , the noodle will taste better. Add in the mix sauce then sauté everything evenly & adjust to taste.
Pour everything over a plate of noodle & add little ground pepper only add in when u r ready to eat so the noodles won’t get soft
