Steam Egg Dessert - 燉蛋

肥媽廚房 

1份蛋2份糖水

首先;將冰糖加水煲滾,糖份量自己調較,按自己鍾意的份量。

我用咗4隻蛋量出嚟200ml 加埋400ml 糖水攪勻

之後過篩,倒落碗到,

之前用保鮮紙包住,再篤啲洞梳氣,大火蒸3分鐘,熄火再焗8分鐘,完成
