1份蛋2份糖水
首先；將冰糖加水煲滾，糖份量自己調較，按自己鍾意的份量。
我用咗4隻蛋量出嚟200ml 加埋400ml 糖水攪勻
之後過篩，倒落碗到，
之前用保鮮紙包住，再篤啲洞梳氣，大火蒸3分鐘，熄火再焗8分鐘，完成
