Sauce for cucumber:
Minced garlic
Soy sauce
Black vinegar
Sesame oil
Sugar
Chicken broth (just a little)
Chili oil
White pepper
Szechuan peppercorn oil
Notes: add the sesame oil and szechuan oil last.
