Buttermilk pancakes 🥞
4 eggs
1 qt buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 cups flour
Fairly easy to half everything if needed, but I love making extra and freezing!
Mix with electric mixer until we’ll combined. Do not over mix.
Add your favorites (blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas) or just keep them plain!
The trick with knowing when to flip pancakes is to wait till you see little bubbles form.
Remember, food is more than the nutrients it does or does not contain, it’s the time spent together making memories.
And you don’t have to try and make every recipe “healthier”. You can simply enjoy it the way it is ❤️
