Japanese chashu

 Japanese chashu using costco pork belly by Fumiko Hasegawa




Cook pork belly with olive oil until golden outside.

Boil pork belly with water, green onions and ginger for 1 hour.

Meanwhile cook 5 tbsp of soy sauce, 5 tbsp of oyster sauce and 2 tbsp brown sugar.

When everything is cool down, put meat and mixture in the ziplock back. Rest in the back for 1 day. You can freeze them.

Put them in ziplock and freeze everything
