Banh Cuon 豬肉雲茸腸粉

From 肥媽Easy Cook, Kim Tu

1 Cup 粘米粉

半Cup 薯仔粉 (potato starch)

半Cup 菱粉 (tapioca starch)

小許鹽

一湯匙油

 豬肉碎

雲茸除意

洋蔥一個

開鑊一定要用蒜頭炒香才落3種材料。

用一個平低鑊24Cm 

一個湯羡7%粉漿放入去

先要用個掃仔搽上油個鑊上面

另外旁邊要放一個碟掃上油

1分鐘時間返過去個碟上面,另外繼續做第二個,做到粉漿完成為止。
