BBQ Ribs Instant Pot

BBQ Ribs Instant Pot

What you’ll need:

• Rack of baby back ribs

• Salt

• Black pepper

• Garlic powder

• Smoked paprika

• 2 cups apple juice

• BBQ sauce (your choice)

Remove ribs from package, rinse with cold water, and pat dry. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Pour apple juice into Instant Pot and place trivet into the pot. Roll rack of ribs into a circular shape to fit the pot and place on top of the trivet.

Set IP to 25 minutes, high pressure. When time is up, allow natural release for 5 minutes, then manual release.

Carefully remove ribs from IP and place on a baking sheet. Glaze ribs with BBQ sauce, and place under broiler until desired color and char is achieved. I did about 6 minutes under the broiler on low.
