Lemon chicken wings in clay pot 檸檬姜瓦煲焗雞翼

姜+🍋+片糖+生抽瓦煲焗雞翼食譜:

雞翼解凍

浸鹽水15分鐘去雪味

瀝乾水備用

建議用瓦煲,其他煲都可以。

Ginger 姜(建議用仔姜)

Lemon 檸檬🍋1個,頭尾唔用,切4片去核,

仔姜切片放底層,再放檸檬🍋,8隻雞翼放面,中火煮,煲滾後放一尊片糖 (sugar slab),soy sauce 生抽2湯匙,細火煮收汁后焗一焗,完成
