Cynthia Chia hi there... I don’t have the recipe for it. I usually eye balls it. I used 4 of the veggies (no clue what’s it called ) sliced. A few crushed garlic, a small handful of dried shrimps (soaked). Heat pot with oil, add garlic and dried shrimps satay. Add the veggies. Stirs it for a few mins then add half can of chicken stock and half cup of water. Let’s it simmer for awhile. Once it’s all about done, add the glass noodles and let it simmer for another 10 mins. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
